What this site is
Sent by Moe is a community bulletin board for Ridgefield, New Jersey. We list local events and local businesses. We don't run the events and we don't provide the services — we introduce you to the people who do.
Listings are independent
Every business in the directory and every event host on the calendar is an independent participant. Being listed is not an endorsement, a recommendation, or a guarantee by Sent by Moe. Check licenses, get your own quotes, and use your judgment the same way you would with any neighbor.
Event details come from hosts
Dates, times, places and prices are supplied by the host or copied from their public listing. They change. Some listings are marked as needing confirmation. Always check with the host before you drive over.
Offers
A neighbor offer is between you and the business that posted it. That business sets the terms and honors it. If an offer isn't honored, tell us at moe@sentbymoe.com— we can't force it, but we'll follow up and we decide who gets listed next month.
Not professional advice
Nothing here is mortgage, legal, medical, tax or financial advice, and reading it doesn't create a professional relationship with anyone. Mortgage-World.com LLC is a participant in this mailer, not the publisher, and its licensing disclosures appear on its own listing.
What you send us
If you submit an event, a listing request, or content for your profile, you confirm it's accurate, that it's yours to send, and that we may publish it here and in the printed flyer. We can edit for length and style, and we can decline anything. Nothing hateful, misleading, illegal, or aimed at scamming neighbors.
Our stuff
The Sent by Moe name, Moe himself, the flyer layout and the writing on this site belong to Sent by Moe. Participant logos and headshots belong to those participants. Don't scrape the directory to build a mailing list.
No guarantees, limited liability
The site is provided as-is. We don't promise it will always be up or always be correct. To the extent the law allows, Sent by Moe isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the site, a listing, or an event, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us, which for a visitor is nothing.
New Jersey law
These terms are governed by New Jersey law, and any dispute belongs in the state or federal courts sitting in Bergen County, New Jersey.
